The Laws of Love - Go >>

The kind of love mentioned in scripture is not the worldly kind of love that the world has to offer, This kind of love that we are to obey is the kind of love that God has to offer us. It is the perfect Love.

This love is not selfish, nor greedy and it is not worldly at all. I have a saying; if we say we love someone and yet we do not care about heir souls, we become liars!!

This kind of love that is very hard for the average "worldly" man or women to comprehend. So let us all learn this and do in our daily lives as it is written in scriptures. If we truly do love Jesus Christ and following him in regards to the will and ways of God that Jesus has spoken about many times over.

1 Corinthians 13:1-8

13:1 The Greatest Gift Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.

2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.

1)  Love suffers long

2)  and is kind;

3)  love does not envy;

4)  love does not parade itself, is not puffed

     up;

5)  does not behave rudely,

6)  does not seek its own,

7)  is not provoked,

8)  thinks no evil;

9)  does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;

11)  bears all things,

12)  believes all things,

13)  hopes all things,

14)  endures all things.

15)  Love never fails.

But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away.
